Baylor University is a private university in the United States, founded in 1845 and located in Waco, TX. Baylor University is a church university and the largest Baptist university in the world. It has a strong Christian atmosphere, but belief in Christianity is not a requirement for admission. In the 2014 USNEWS National Comprehensive University Rankings, it ranked 75th, tied with American University, Clark University, Indiana University Bloomington, Marquette University, University of Miami (Oxford), and University of Delaware.
